About the Author
Aundrea Singer was born in Canada and grew up on a hobby farm back when you could still buy chicks and ducklings at the local farmers' market. She made up stories about her favorite cartoon characters long before she knew there was such a thing as fanfiction, and began writing about characters of her own after she saw "Star Wars" when she was five. From the the first words of the opening scrawl, she knew she wanted to create universes like George Lucas did, just on paper.
Aundrea Singer was first published in Edge Book's Tesseracts 3 anthology when she was eighteen. Since then she has been published in anthology magazines and textbooks for fiction and language arts in Canada. More recently she had a short story chosen for the Tesseracts 14 anthology, and three stories (with one co-written) in short story anthologies by Dreamspinner Press.
She moved to Texas in 2001, where she still lives with her wonderful husband, the best little native Texan in the world, and three cats who love sleeping on her keyboard.
