My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was a great story.

Sofia is the youngest daughter of a wealthy family and is pined the princess of the family. Her reputation was smeared by the magazine so she goes on holiday in Montana, to see her brother. She gets roped into helping Dakota at her sister in laws bar.

They have some life lessons to teach each other.

At first, I did not like Sophia she seemed that everything revolved around her. I like a heroine to be strong, independent and hard working. As the story got going you realize that there is more to her than meets the eye. I really enjoyed her character throughout the rest of the book. Dakota I liked from the get-go. I liked that he was a hard worker and did what he wanted not what people expected of him. I enjoyed the banter between Sophia and Dakota. Their chemistry sizzled. The scenes are very descriptive, which I enjoyed. I look forward to reading more books in this series.

Tinsel is Book 4 in the Lark Cove Series. This is a series that you definitely want to read from the start. You will just get more appreciate of the characters and the series as a whole.

We get introduced to Sofia in the very first book in the series and she didn't give a very good impression. She was very unkind to Thea.
Thea and her have come a very long way since then.

Sofia is in Montana visiting her brother to escape the reality of what her life has become. Thea puts her to work in her alongside side her bar manager, Dakota Magee. Who makes it known he doesn't want her high society self there.

Sofia learns the job duties the hard way but she never gives up. You just have to admire her determination. Along the way, she's trying to figure out what to do with the rest of her life. She wants to find purpose, to find fulfillment.

The more determined Sofia becomes the more Dakota takes a liking to her. Neither one is looking for a long term relationship and know that with their backgrounds that a future together is not for them.

What I really liked about this book was learning about Dakota's heritage and the pressures and prejudice that are still there. He really struggled making his own path. I'm really glad he had his Uncle Xavier on his side.

When it became apparent that Dakota and Sofia had fallen in love it wasn't the fact that she was rich that was going to keep them from having a future together. It was the fact she wasn't the same heritage as Dakota.

Will Dakota be able to find a solution so he can have a future with the one he loves?
